During our October 2024 inaugural event, Tina’s Tuesday Night Out flew out of the gates, hosting an incredible memorial celebration at the Olde 41 Premier Banquet Hall’s “Duck Blind” room.  More than 150 people joined together to create a night not easily forgotten by any of those in attendance.

Attendees feasted on amazing & elegant hors d’oeuvres selections provided by the Ellinor restaurant team from Appleton, and relaxing to live music from local group, Sweet Acoustics, while learning more about the importance of registering to become an organ donor.

Following a moving testimony from a special guest from UW-Organ & Tissue Donation, attendees were entertained by the antics of local television legend, our celebrity auctioneer, Bill Jartz, as they bid on one-of-a-kind auction items, assembled from our donors & sponsors.  Some of the marquee items were a hand-made TTNO logo, in stained glass, courtside seats to a Wisconsin Badgers Men’s basketball game, an aerial tour of NE Wisconsin’s fall colors via Cirrus aircraft, four 50-yard line tickets to the Dolphins vs. Packers game, a flagstone firepit landscape project and a week-long summer vacation cabin & activity package.  Several items were valued in the thousands of dollars!  All of this was in addition to the tremendous line-up of silent auction items, which captured the attention of the crowd, before & after the night’s presentations.

In total, the Tina’s Tuesday Night Out team was able to raise over $56,000 in its first effort, thanks to the total efforts of our attendees, volunteers, sponsors & donors.
